2-Week Ball Mastery Program

About

Ball mastery is one of the best ways to improve your touch, dribbling skills, and overall technical ability. Better yet, you can do ball mastery drills almost anytime and anywhere. This ball mastery program consists of stationary dribbling drills, 2 cone footwork patterns, and 6 cone line dribbling drills which together make up each day of ball mastery training sessions. Each drill in this training program is featured in a pre-recorded video link with both slow motion and regular speed demonstrations. Each day you will complete a series 9 ball mastery drills which are broken up into 3 HIIT workout circuits each consisting of 3 drills. This program will consist of a different A and B day session for week 1 and 2. In these sessions you will complete a 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest HIIT ball mastery workout, for the stationary dribbling drills, 2 cone footwork patterns, and 6 cone line dribbling drills sections. As the program progresses you will work your way up to more difficult ball mastery drills. The only equipment required for this program is a soccer ball and 6 cones or markers.
