I’m a college soccer player and ball mastery is something I focus on all the time to improve my touch, control, and confidence on the ball. These are the same types of drills I use in my own training, and they’re designed so you can train anywhere and still get high-quality reps. This program includes a mix of stationary dribbling, 2-cone footwork patterns, and 6-cone line dribbling drills that build into each full session. Every drill comes with a video demo in both regular and slow motion, so you can really focus on technique and get it right. Each day you’ll complete 9 drills split into 3 circuits, using a 30s work / 30s rest HIIT format to keep the session fast-paced and effective. You’ll follow A and B sessions over 2 weeks, and the drills will get more challenging as you go, helping you improve your control and speed on the ball.
