I’m a college soccer player and these are the exact types of sessions I use to improve my touch, dribbling, and finishing. This program is designed so you can train on your own anytime and still get high-level, game-realistic reps. Each day includes 9 drills split into 3 circuits (juggling, dribbling, and shooting), all structured in a 30s work / 30s rest HIIT format to keep it intense and efficient. Every drill comes with a video demo, so you know exactly what to do. You’ll follow A and B sessions over the 2 weeks, and the drills get more challenging as you go, so you’re constantly improving instead of staying at the same level.
