2-Week Individual Training Program


Individual Training is one of the best ways to improve your touch, dribbling skills, shot, and overall technical ability. Better yet, you can do individual training drills almost anytime and anywhere. This individual training program consists of juggling drills, dribbling drills, and shooting drills which together make up each day of individual training sessions. Each drill in this training program is featured in a pre-recorded video link with demonstrations. Each day you will complete a series 9 individual training drills which are broken up into 3 HIIT workout circuits each consisting of 3 drills. This program will consist of a different A and B day session for week 1 and 2. In these sessions you will complete a 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest HIIT individual training workout, for the juggling drills, dribbling drills, and shooting drills sections. As the program progresses you will work your way up to more difficult individual training drills. The only equipment required for this program is a soccer ball, 6 cones or markers, and a goal to shoot on.
