I’m a college soccer player and individual training is a big part of how I improve my touch, dribbling, and finishing. This free session is a quick way to try the same type of structured training I use, and you can do it pretty much anytime and anywhere. This session focuses on juggling, dribbling, and shooting, all put together in a simple, easy-to-follow format. You’ll go through 9 drills split into 3 circuits, using a 30s work / 30s rest HIIT format to keep the session fast-paced and efficient. Each drill is designed to help you get a lot of quality reps while still pushing yourself. The flow of the workout keeps you moving the whole time, so you’re building both skill and confidence as you go. All you need is: A ball 6 cones (or anything you can use as markers) A goal This is a great way to get a feel for individual training and see how these sessions can actually help your game. If you stay consistent, you’ll start to notice real improvement in your control and confidence on the ball.
