Individual training is one of the best ways to improve your touch, dribbling, shooting, and overall technical ability, and the best part is that you can do it almost anytime and anywhere. This free session is designed to give you a taste of structured training, focusing on juggling, dribbling, and shooting in a simple, easy-to-follow format. You will complete a series of nine drills organized into three HIIT circuits, working for 30 seconds and resting for 30 seconds in each drill. The session is structured to help you challenge yourself while building skill and confidence, with a clear flow that keeps the workout fast-paced and engaging. To follow the session, complete each drill for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, and move through the circuits with short breaks in between. The only equipment you need is a soccer ball, six cones or markers, and a goal for shooting. This single free session is a great way to experience individual training and get a foundation for more advanced drills and longer programs in the future.
